헬스 - 휘트니스 밴드를 이용한 후면 운동 및 등운동

이글(http://blog.daum.net/yisac/10197525)의 3/1쯤 가면 나온다. 움직이는 gif이미지로 되어 있는것 같은데 잘 만들었다.
휘트니스 밴드는 맘에 들어서 하나 샀는데 어떻게 해야 효과적인지 몰라서 대충하고 있었는데 마침 잘됬다.
